I offer 1:1 personalised tech help sessions that focus on a genuine connection with the clients. I support a wide range of devices and apps, with flexible scheduling, home or public location options, Support at Home eligibility, and tailored learning plans designed to build skills, confidence, and independence.
I offer friendly, patient tech support for seniors by providing personalised 1:1 sessions to help you with your technology.

I provide personalised step-by-step notes (in colour print or digital format) to help you remember how to use your devices with ease.
Please Note: Extra charges may apply for printing and display book.
I assist seniors with in-store technology purchases by supporting them while they speak with store staff.
I can also assist with lodging warranty claims, should their device have problems and it's still under warranty.
